Volvo — Treasure Hunt Team Building (Indoor) + Skyline Dinner
Volvo came to us with a clear request: something different, fully turnkey, zero stress and maximum engagement. We designed an indoor Treasure Hunt—three teams, three artifacts, one shared story—and closed the evening with a skyline-view dinner. The outcome: enthusiastic feedback and a decision to entrust us with their future events
A Friendly, Fear-Free Format
No scares, no pressure—just smart, joyful discovery. We hand‑picked a purpose‑built indoor treasure hunt and wove it into a seamless evening: observation, logic, coordination, and a touch of creativity took center stage while our team handled the flow, energy, and guest experience
Three Teams — Three Missions
Team 1 — The Philosopher’s Stone. Logic chains, precise observation, and assembling a “master key” that unlocked the final cache.
Team 2 — The Holy Grail. Symbol‑ and pattern‑based puzzles, negotiation mini‑challenges, and a step‑by‑step reveal of the “grail route.”
Team 3 — Three Diamonds. Accuracy, role distribution, and tight synchronization to collect three diamond tokens and unite them at the end.
Each mission had its own rhythm, but success depended on shared discovery and smooth facilitation. Our hosts kept momentum high without giving away answers—so confidence and flow grew with every micro‑win.
A Finish with a View
After the artifacts were revealed, we transitioned into a skyline dinner we’d arranged for the group. Teams compared routes, laughed over near‑misses, enjoyed curated highlights, and the quest evolved into a warm, shared memory
