FROM IDEA TO IMMERSION
Corporate dinners often follow a familiar script.
This time, we chose to break it.
Together with KIKO Milano, we transformed a classic evening event into an immersive 1920s Hollywood investigation — complete with actors, clues, secret roles, and a storyline unfolding between dinner courses.
Guests didn’t watch the story.
They lived it: examining evidence, questioning suspects, forming alliances, and uncovering the truth step by step — inside a fully staged atmospheric world.

A SHARED STORY IN A THEATRICAL WORLD
Format: Immersive Murder Mystery Dinner — a multi-course dining experience blended with interactive storyline and live acting
Idea: Turn guests into active participants of a 1920s Hollywood crime investigation
Approach: Actors integrated among guests; clues delivered during courses; storyline chapters woven into the dinner flow
Atmosphere: Candlelight, masks, vintage details, subtle theatricality
Inclusivity: Every guest had an accessible role level — from observer to detective to accomplice

WHAT THE JOURNEY LOOKED LIKE
-
Scene Opening — guests enter a stylized 1920s space; actors introduce tension and set the first hook
-
Clue Drops — evidence appears between courses; guests compare details, debate theories, and form teams naturally
-
Interrogations — actors reveal fragments of the story; guests ask questions, uncover motives, and follow red herrings
-
Twists & Misdirection — unexpected events reframe the story and keep everyone engaged until the final moment
-
The Big Reveal — the culprit is exposed; applause, laughter, and the final emotional release
-
Celebration — guests close the evening with shared excitement, impressions, and photos from the storyline
COLLABORATION WITHOUT TITLES
During the investigation, hierarchies disappeared.
Leaders emerged not by job role but by curiosity, observation, and the courage to speak up.
Some became strategists, others — analysts, storytellers, or quiet pattern-seekers.
The dinner became a playful laboratory of team dynamics, where natural collaboration formed organically — and fast.
WHAT SHIFTED
Teams left the event with:
-
renewed energy and shared emotional memory
-
a sense of unity built through play, tension, humor, and joint problem-solving
-
stronger interpersonal trust developed through spontaneous cooperation
-
an experience they discussed long after the evening ended
Engagement was unmistakably high: guests leaned in, asked questions, debated passionately, and stayed absorbed in the unfolding narrative.
Why It Worked
No presentation can replace what happens when people step into a story together.
Immersive formats create emotional memory — the strongest driver of connection.
This night combined atmosphere, narrative, surprise, and shared thinking into a single flow.
Every guest walked away not just entertained, but involved.
And that is why experiential storytelling continues to outperform traditional event formats.
