From Request to Action
The company came to us with a classic challenge: “How do we bring the office together when departments work in silos and rarely connect beyond tasks?”
During the free consultation, it became clear: internal team communication was fine — but cross-departmental bonds were nonexistent. People knew each other by email, but had never truly collaborated.
An anonymous employee survey confirmed it: over 70% said they missed genuine, shared moments and the ‘spark’ of working together.
So we didn’t just offer another team-building day. We created a story-driven office quest scaled like a city — where every mission wasn’t just a game, but a trigger for connection
What We Delivered
Format: “Company Code” — a corporate adventure game
Theme: “Rescue the company culture from collapse by recovering lost values hidden across the office.”
Mechanics: The office was transformed into “districts” (each representing a department), with parts of the company code hidden in physical objects, digital files, and creative missions

The day included
-
Sensory and logic checkpoints involving movement, sound, scent, and collaborative problem-solving
-
A fully rebranded office map, complete with renamed zones, secret “portals,” and visual puzzles
-
Creative missions like crafting memes, artifacts, or songs dedicated to colleagues
-
Final challenge: a giant screen in the main zone — the “Company Code” reveal, only unlocked through full cross-team collaboration
The Outcome
97% of employees called it “the most engaging workday in the past two years”
For the first time, creatives and logistics staff spent 4 hours working side by side — and later launched an initiative together: “One Day in Another Department”
The photobooth and video recap became part of the official welcome kit for new hires
ROI: 4.8:1, driven by increased engagement, improved internal NPS, and reduced interdepartmental friction
Why It Worked
Because it wasn’t “just another team-building activity.” It was an immersive architecture of connection, built on meaning, emotion, fun, and thoughtful detail. We didn’t entertain people — we designed a day that became company folklore
