65 Participants → Scale Request for 1,500

An evening that tasted like teamwork. Richemont turned “zero waste” from a concept into a feel‑good, do‑good experience everyone could see—and eat

What actually happened

We opened with a crisp Theory segment—practical, chef‑led tips on using every stem, peel, and bone. Then came Team Cooking: mixed groups planned, cooked, plated, and kept an eye on the clear‑bin next to them. When someone lacked an ingredient, they traded at the Swap Market. The kitchen felt like a playground where ideas moved faster than titles

Moments we loved

Laughter over improvised sauces. Quiet focus during plating. Peels turning into crisps. “Imperfect” vegetables becoming the star. And that shared look when teams noticed how empty their bins were

What stayed with us

People left with simple, repeatable habits: plan better, use more of what you have, swap instead of waste. The energy was real—and so were the results: Richemont asked to scale the format to 1,500 employees across teams and locations
